J.M.J English medium a school was established in 1988, opposite to childrens’ park. In the beginning the school was functioned in the open shed. It was exclusively started for girls but to meet changing dynamics of education system, we aligned ourselves to initiate schooling for Boys as well.
J.M.J English Medium School is a catholic school. At the period the school of our were the first generation of learners in their families. The parents are unschooled and belong to working class viz. daily labourers, domestic helpers, auto drivers, construction labourers. School aims at personality development of students in the light of their key role in changing values of society outlook. The policy of the management is to admit not only Catholic and Christians but also the youth of all creed and communities with the primary concern of encouraging education especially among the youth of the economically backward classes of the society.
